Putting on a successful event relies on a production team who can provide a correctly tailored package to suit the customer’s exact needs. This needs to be delivered within budget and on time.

C3 have many years of experience delivering successful events of every conceivable shape and size, from music festivals to private celebrations.

We will assign each event a project manager, who will create a production package based on the budget, venue and specific requirements supplied by the customer. From the initial concept we can provide a number of creative options, with detailed cost breakdown and timescales.

For large scale outdoor events we can liaise with local authorities during the licensing process offering technical plans and guidance. We can supply accurate SPL predictions in advance using the EASE software, and noise monitoring teams during the course of the event.

We will provide a tailored H&S Risk Assessment for each event and Method Statements and Noise Management Plans as required.
